These cakes were made at the special request of my clients. ENJOY!
Custom Cake for easter
This half-slab cake served 30 people. It was half vanilla, half chocolate. the bunnies were cast in all different flavours such as caramel, chocolate, white chocolate. They were filled with white chocolate mousse.
Salted caramel and Chocolate Cake
This was made for a fiftieth birthday. Chocolate cake with salted caramel interlayers.
Retirement Cake
This client was retiring. This half-slab was made to serve 30-40 people
This was a mini cheesecake created especially for the benefit of the Ukraine when the war first started. It is a cheesecake with a sunflower crust.
It is a cheesecake with a sunflower crust. The yellow buttercream is brown butter with an interior of roasted sunflower seeds.
Maker's Mark Chocolate Cake
The client enjoys his Old Fashioned Drinks, so I created a birthday cake with a tipped over glass with an old fashioned pouring out of it.
Kentucky Derby Cake
The birthday "boy" was celebrating a milestone birthday and their friends wanted to give him a special cake on the day of his birthday but also the day of the Derby, which he loves so well. It was a vanilla cake with kentucky Whiskey infused caramel and frosting. He LOVED it!
Anniversary Cake
This couple were celebrating a 70 year anniversary of travelling around the world together. Their daughter made all the flags of the countries they ever visited. the guests were to take the flags and pin them on the corresponding countries.
Bailey's and Kahlua Cake
This is a half chocolate and half Vanilla cake infused with Kahlua and Bailey's respectively. The garnish is half chocolate Kahlua ganache and half Bailey's ganache. Yum!
Graduation cake
This graduation cake came with a diploma and a bouquet of "roses". The cap and diploma are fondant and the rest is buttercream.
Blueberry Shortcake
The logo of this organization was recreated and put on the top of the cake . The purple in the logo inspired me to make it a blueberry shortcake.
German Chocolate Cake
Not only was it a multiple birthday celebration, but also a clelbration of summer and Tubing in the lake.
Easter Mini Cake
Perfect for your little ones, thse cast chocolate bunnies are filled with mousse and are sitting atop a mini 6" cake. Delicious!
