Wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes can be ordered in any style, theme, or flavour.

These are the important things to keep in mind when ordering:

What is your theme? Colours? Flowers?

How many people are you serving?

Is it an outdoor or indoor wedding?

What is the date of the wedding?

What flavour of cake would you like?

The best way to order a wedding cake is to have the answers to these questions first. The best method of contacting me to order is by e-mail, this way, all the information is in writing, so that all the details are clear.

Lemon Raspberry Wedding Cake

The couple wanted lemon and raspberry flavours included in the layers of the vanilla cake. The choice was made to go with gold accents for the exterior of the cake and the garnish.

Engagement Celebration Cake

The Bride-to-Be wanted a Hazelnut cake with Nutella between the layers. The piped roses were her colour choice and the lower tier has a fondant pearl finish.

Vanilla Wedding Cake

The Bride wanted a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and "Naked" sides. The flowers here are silk. I designed and made the custom cake topper with two interlocking hearts and their initials.

Heart-Shaped Carrot Cake

This wedding was in the fall, so the Carrot Cake really coordinated with the Fall Thanksgiving type of feast.

Three Tier Chocolate Hazelnut

This cake is Chocolate infused with hazelnut with Nutella between the layers. They wanted a cake with "naked" sides. The garnish at the base of each tier is candied Hazelnuts. The food-safe flowers and greenery were provided by the Bride.

Three Tier Cake

The theme was Fall Colours as is reflected in the colours of the flowers. There are fondant "pearls" around the bases of each tier. The flowers are Gum Paste and can be used as a bouquet for a keepsake. They are edible as well.

Three Tier Lemon Raspberry Cake

The lemon-infused layers of vanilla cake have interlayers of lemon curd and raspberry creme. The lemon buttercream is garnished with candied lemons and raspberries glazed with vanilla triple sec.

Vanilla Cake

The Bride wanted a textured cake with fondant pearls at the base of each tier. The cake flavour was a fragrant rich vanilla with fluffy vanilla buttercream. It was to be decorated at the wedding venue with food-safe flowers.
